What Role You Will Play In Team

Developer

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Configure ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Portal solutions.
• Perform scripting, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to deliver solutions.
• ServiceNow Development & Administration
• JavaScript, Glide Script, GlideRecord, GlideAjax
• REST/SOAP APIs & Integrations
• ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog
• Agile/Scrum and ITIL knowledge
