National Warehouse & Servicing Manager

The Opportunity

A newly created role, the National Warehouse & Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, equipment servicing, and maintenance across Revo's growing network. This role provides leadership and management to the warehouse and service team, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all related functions, while ensuring both internal and supplier KPIs and SLAs are met.

Company-wide, you will oversee servicing, spare parts replenishment and holdings, reporting, warehouse and logistics management, warehouse and service WHS and compliance, training of team members, and other tasks required to support Revo's nationwide footprint and ongoing expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

People Leadership

• Lead and support the warehouse & service team nationwide, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
• Deliver regular training to build team capability and drive productivity.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to achieve consistent results.

Warehousing & Logistics Management

• Own Revo's warehousing and logistics operations company-wide, ensuring correct equipment usage and compliance sign-off (VOCs, SOPs, checklists).
• Coordinate stock, orders, and deliveries with internal and external stakeholders to maximise efficiency.
• Oversee receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of all orders and deliveries.
• Manage inventory and supply chains to meet company KPIs and supplier SLAs, minimising risk and delays.
• Conduct stocktakes and investigate any discrepancies.
• Optimise warehouse layout for efficiency, space, and WHS compliance.
• Maintain inventory systems and reporting to track stock and team performance.
• Ensure effective waste management and health & safety compliance, including stop-work procedures when required.
• Develop and implement warehouse and service policies with key stakeholders.
• Stay current with WHS legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.

Maintenance and Servicing

• Ensure your team prioritises and efficiently allocates repair, maintenance, and service requests, with parts on hand to meet service KPIs.
• Manage repair, maintenance, and servicing costs to ensure optimal performance and value.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and schedules, ensuring documentation is filed and completed on time.
• Streamline parts and service procurement to identify cost and operational savings.
• Oversee equipment installations, defits, builds, relocations, refurbishments, and activations/partnerships in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.

About You

• Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations at scale.
• Proven working knowledge of facility and building maintenance.
• Cert IV in Warehousing (desirable) or equivalent industry experience.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current forklift licence (required).
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Advanced prioritisation, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities nationwide.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse WHS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong internal and external customer focus.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly as the business grows.
