Coppell, United States | Posted on 11/20/2025 We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer to join our team in Irving, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position for candidates who are passionate about IT operations and configuration management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB architecture, and ITOM practices.

Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and related ITOM modules. Ensure alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ITIL best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB with other ITSM processes.

Perform data quality audits and ensure accuracy of configuration items. Develop and maintain documentation for CMDB processes and architecture. Requirements Required Qualifications: Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, especially CMDB and ITOM modules.

Strong understanding of CSDM and ITIL frameworks. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CMDB Fundamentals). Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX five days a week.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only). Preferred Skills Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
