SalaryRange:Base Salary $68,727 per annum + super,plus overtime and penaltyrates dependent on work performed. Additional entitlements andovertime do not form part of the advertised basesalary

This is a greatopportunity for a dependable Truck Driver who wants steadywork, good routines, and to be part of a crew that gets thingsdone properly.

You’ll bedriving and operating trucks between 8 and 15 tonne, deliveringmaterials, plant and equipment to sites and supportingmaintenance and construction crews across the city. No two daysare the same — one day you might be running deliveries andsetting up traffic control, the next you’ll be helping the crewon site and keeping jobs moving smoothly. You’ll take pride inyour truck, carry out daily pre‑start checks, keep equipment ingood condition and make sure everything is loaded, tied downand delivered safely.

You’ll workalongside experienced Team Leaders and crew members who haveyour back, with the chance to gain broad experience acrossdifferent types of works. Some after‑hours or weekend work maybe required, but you’ll be doing worthwhile work that makes areal difference in the community. Qualificationsand Experience

Ideally you willhave:

• Current "MR"Driver's Licence.
• ConstructionIndustry White Card (30215 QLD).
• Ability tooperate a range of trucks more than 8t GVM, up to and including15t GVM with not more than 2 axles, in an urbanenvironment.
• Experience andcompetence in construction/maintenance labouring including:bitumen asphalt or concrete work, operation of various powertools, concrete finishing, operation of ride on equipment andlight plant.
• Experience inthe procurement of consumable materials for civil constructionworks either through internal Stores issue or from externalsuppliers.
• Knowledge of orprevious experience in the setting out of traffic controlsignage in accordance with the Manual of Uniform TrafficControl Devices together with Level 2 (Implement TrafficGuidance Schemes) accreditation.
• Basic computerskills.
• An ability toperform basic numerical calculations and processdocumentation.
