Job Description

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, including but not limited to: managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment

- Oversee and manage administrative staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

- Monitor and maintain office budget, expenses, and invoices

- Coordinate and manage office events and team building activities

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees

- Maintain and update employee records, including time off requests, payroll, and benefits

- Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries

- Manage office vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline office operations

- Collaborate with department heads to support and facilitate their needs

- Address and resolve any office-related issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations

- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
