Job Description โ Service Manager / Service Lead Position: Service Manager / Service Lead Department: Service & Operations Location: Naraina , Delhi Experience Required: 5โ6 Years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant field Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Service Manager / Service Lead to manage service operations, field teams, project planning, implementation, and execution activities . The candidate will be responsible for leading technicians, handling site surveys, supporting system designing, project implementation, and ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and operational management skills to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Lead, monitor, and supervise service technicians and field engineers for efficient operations. Conduct site surveys and assess project or service requirements. Handle project planning, implementation, technical designing, and execution activities.
Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems/equipment. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for effective project and service execution. Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to technicians and service staff. Maintain compliance with company standards, SOPs, and safety protocols. Prepare service reports, documentation, and performance updates.
Resolve technical issues and escalate critical concerns when required. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service support. Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in project planning & implementation, system designing, and site execution. Leadership experience in handling technicians and field service teams. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and service operations simultaneously. Good understanding of technical documentation and reporting. Preferred Experience Experience in electronic security systems, CCTV surveillance, access control, networking, IT infrastructure, or technical service operations will be preferred.
