Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, Board Meetings, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: Dive deeply into Retail data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, Board Meetings, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.

Identify and research variances to forecast, budgets, and mapping of Budget vs actual including with reasons for variances. Work closely with across functional teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Involve in various Kind of scenario modeling, including executive presentation, ad hoc analysis etc. Results-driven professional with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Financial Analysis, and Business Planning, capable of leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Must be good in Microsoft excel.

Qualifications: MBA in Finance (must be from Tier1 & Tier 2 Colleges) Required Skills Expertise in Artificial Intelligence Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Financial Analysis Business Planning Preferred Skills Experience in scenario modeling Strong presentation skills Ability to collaborate across functional teams
