Job Description

Post Haste is hiring a Service Manager for a hands-on leadership role to join our diverse team. This position will help develop and maintain service standards, team development, and ensure an excellent and consistent guest experience. In This Role You Will: Help run daily operations alongside executive chef Ari Miller and owner Fred Beebe Lead service from the floor, including touching tables, running drinks, supporting staff, and overseeing the door Execute opening and closing responsibilities, including pre-shifts, daily recaps, and end-of-day procedures Training, coach, and support front-of-house staff Monitor reservations and manage guest flow using OpenTable Maintain clear and consistent communication with staff, leadership, and guests Participate in management meetings and contribute to team alignment Uphold service standards, hospitality expectations, and overall dining room organization Help develop and execute a private dining program alongside the chef and owner For This Role You Are: An emerging hospitality leader with 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant Guest-focused, composed, and confident on the floor Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards Comfortable supporting a team while remaining hands-on during service Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Experienced with restaurant systems such as OpenTable and Toast Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Post Haste: We are an award winning restaurant with a distinct cocktail program committed to the integrity of our sourcing and staffing with an emphasis on sustainability and zero-waste.
