Job Description
Service Desk Analyst We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technical operations team supporting business customers with connectivity, telephony and IT services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a technical degree looking for their first role in the industry. Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems Troubleshoot basic networking, connectivity and IT issues Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes Work on-site with the team 5 days per week Requirements: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications or similar Strong interest in technology and problem solving Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, routers, broadband, VoIP etc.) Good communication skills and willingness to learn Able to work on-site full-time (access to a car is highly desirable) Location: Near Bath Working pattern: On-site, Monday to Friday (5 days per week) Salary: £28,000 + benefits This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career in IT, networking or telecoms within a supportive team environment.
