Service Delivery Lead

Are you an experienced QA Delivery Leader with a passion for delivering high-quality testing services and leading high-performing teams?

SRG is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a Client Service Delivery Lead for a long-term contract based in Dublin, Ireland.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite per week)

Contract: August 2026 – June 2027

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end QA delivery across large-scale programmes and project portfolios.
• Drive service excellence while ensuring operational, contractual, and financial commitments are achieved.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage delivery risks, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop QA teams while promoting best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Expert-level experience in Test Management
• Strong expertise in Estimation & Planning
• Proven background in Account Delivery Management
• Experience in Business Operations Management
• Excellent Work Management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing experience
• Experience delivering QA services within large enterprise environments (financial services experience is highly desirable)
