Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to manage and coordinate IT infrastructure-related projects and service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IT service management processes, incident management, escalation handling, and global project coordination. This role requires working completely onsite from our Noida Sector 62 office.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate and manage IT infrastructure projects and service delivery operations.

● Handle incident management processes, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution as per SLA.

● Manage and handle client escalations, ensuring quick resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.

● Ensure timely deployment and delivery of IT resources at client sites as per project requirements.

● Monitor service performance, SLAs, and KPIs, and ensure adherence to service standards.

● Act as a central point of contact between internal technical teams, global clients, and stakeholders.

● Manage service requests, change management, and problem management processes.

● Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance aligned with the ITIL framework.

● Coordinate global IT infrastructure support activities and managed services.

● Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery/coordination.

● Proven experience handling incident management and escalation processes.

● Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and ITSM processes.

● Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Mandatory).

● Experience managing global IT infrastructure projects or international clients.

● Knowledge of IT infrastructure support, deployment, and management.

● Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
