About the role This role will be responsible for Service delivery, AMC Sales and retrofit sales Key Responsibilities: Work on customers coming out of warranty (conversion), AMC to AMC(Retention) and customers who are not currently associated with us (recapture) for both SA, SR, and SM segments. Communicate with customers who contact the organization via telephone or electronic channels, provide information about products or services, discuss customer accounts, and address complaints as service delivery in charge. Use organizational and product knowledge to handle more complex inquiries and provide follow-up.

Develop documentation to resolve complex customer issues, requests, and complaints. Direct queries to the appropriate department or personnel as needed. Research published materials and secondary sources to identify additional information that can be recommended to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

Collect and consolidate information related to customer interactions and transactions; analyze trends to support future training needs and improvements in customer service. Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and other personnel to expedite or track shipments. Promote various products and services to achieve business targets.
