Title: Service and Field Technician, Aeroseal Europe. Location: Poznan or Wroclaw, Poland — Aeroseal Europe Technical Centre. Reports to: Head of Technical Operations, Aeroseal Europe. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Servicing & Repairs: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on Aeroseal and AeroBarrier machines — minimising downtime and ensuring every machine is fit for deployment.
- Calibration & Testing: Calibrate and test equipment before and after every deployment, maintaining accurate service records and machine performance logs.
- Technical Support: Provide remote and on‑site technical assistance to partners, contractors, and customers across Europe — diagnosing issues quickly and clearly, and seeing them through to resolution.
- Field Installations: Travel across Europe to support and lead AeroBarrier installations — operating equipment on‑site, troubleshooting in the field, and ensuring quality outcomes for every customer.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the technical voice of Aeroseal Europe with Aeroseal HQ — systematically feeding back field experience to inform machine design, functionality improvements, and continuous development.
- Training Support: Assist in the design and delivery of technical training for partners and operators, helping build capability across the growing European network.
- Documentation: Maintain service records, maintenance schedules, fault logs, and technical documentation to a high standard — building the foundation for a scalable technical operation.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all workshop and field activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Salary Range
PLN 8,500 – 10,500 gross/month
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in a field service, maintenance, or service engineering role — ideally within HVAC, industrial equipment, compressed air systems, or building services.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude: you can open an unfamiliar machine, trace a fault, and fix it without waiting for instructions.
- Experience with pneumatic systems, pressure equipment, or fluid handling is a strong advantage.
- Methodical and detail-oriented — you keep a tidy workshop, thorough service records, and a systematic approach to fault‑finding.
- Comfortable providing technical support directly to customers and partners: clear, calm, and credible under pressure.
- Self‑motivated and confident working independently in the field, often without immediate support.
- Willing to travel significantly across Europe, including occasional weekends away from base.
- Daily allowances and expenses fully covered.
- Valid driver’s licence required.
- Fluent in English.
- Other European languages are a plus.
