Network Technician

Job Description

We are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at the locations of a leading international retail client.

This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity. Assignments will be allocated based on your geographic location and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Install and replace routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware upgrades and break/fix support.
• Complete service reports and update support tickets after each intervention.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN
• Experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Good command of English(mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.
• Experience providing IT support for retail stores or retail environments.
