Job Description
We’re looking for a warm, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. We’re especially interested in someone with a genuine interest in wine — whether you already have strong wine knowledge or are excited to continue developing your palate and understanding.
The ideal candidate is confident engaging with guests, enjoys making thoughtful recommendations, and takes pride in creating a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Provide attentive, polished, and personable service to every guest
Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and wine recommendations
Demonstrate a strong interest in wine and a willingness to continually learn
Maintain and build knowledge of our wine list, including varietals, regions, producers, and styles
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen
Ensure proper service of wine and other beverages
Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming, seamless dining experience
Work collaboratively with the entire team
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service environment
Handle guest questions and requests with confidence and genuine hospitality
Previous serving experience preferred
Genuine interest in wine and beverage culture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A hospitality-first mindset and attention to detail
Ability to confidently describe menu items and make recommendations
Professional, positive, and personable attitude
Willingness to learn and grow your wine knowledge
WSET certification, sommelier training, or equivalent wine education is a plus, but not required
