Overview

Senior/Principal-level solicitor sought to advise on complex commercial contracts and strategic projects across technology, education, and government sectors. You will work within a collaborative team to deliver pragmatic, business-focused advice on IT, data protection, and related commercial issues, often with international elements. The role offers leadership and business development opportunities and can be based in multiple offices, excluding London and Oxford.

• Advise on complex commercial contracts and strategic projects
• Draft, review and negotiate multi-sector agreements
• Support IT, IP and data protection matters
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless legal advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership
• Manage a varied caseload with autonomy and accountability
• Identify commercial risks and provide actionable advice

• 6+ years' PQE
• strong technical expertise across commercial, IT and IP law
• commercially astute with pragmatic, client-focused approach
• strong written English and attention to detail
