About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Controller, and Head of FP&A to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of a wide range of financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, audit, tax, and strategic business planning. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, support growth initiatives, and lead the forecasting and budgeting processes.

Additionally, the role involves enhancing financial systems and operational efficiencies, as well as leading process improvements, systems implementations, and finance transformation initiatives. Applicants must have a CPA and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in controllership, FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating strategically while being hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
