Senior Systems Analyst - Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)

As Senior Systems Analyst this positoin will provide ongoing support to Labcorp global legal department for the Icertis Contract Life Cycle Management Application; Job Responsibilities: Partner with Legal to implement enhancements in ICI, including Designing and managing P2P processes Creating and updating contract templates, clauses, workflows, and user/security groups Serve as the first responder for critical system issues (Severity 1 & 2) Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term solutions Troubleshooting and resolving issues, managing upgrades, and implementing new features and enhancements Support integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, and Single Sign-On Provide strategic guidance and technical support for future enhancements and integrations Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 2 years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform Strong communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and project management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Icertis Certified (technical or functional) highly preferred Make a meaningful impact at Labcorp.
