Job Description
Sr. Software Developer PulseMedica is seeking a Senior Software Developer to help build the next generation of ophthalmic imaging and treatment technology. In this role, youâll design, develop, and maintain high-performance software using modern C++ and React.js, contributing to a cuttingâedge medical device platform that is redefining eye care.

The Opportunity This role offers a rare chance to shape the future of a rapidly growing medical technology company. Youâll help drive our software development forward, influencing product direction while ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and innovation. Responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using modern C++ and React.JS.
Implementing and managing multiâthreading in software projects. Collaborating with crossâfunctional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participating in code reviews and maintaining high standards of code quality. Solving complex problems and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with modern C++.
Strong knowledge and experience with multiâthreading. Proven expertise in software design and architecture. Experience working with complex multiâdisciplinary systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills. Valuable Skills and Experience Experience in the medical device industry. Familiarity with React.JS.
Knowledge of image processing techniques. Experience with machine learning. Experience with 3D rendering.
Experience with embedded software development. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as a suitable candidate is found. This is an open posting with no defined closing date.
