Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect - CSM (f/m/x)

• We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong CSM expertise to lead the design and governance of ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementation delivered for our client, a global pharmaceutical company.

• Define and govern the solution architecture for ServiceNow CSM implementations
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Define integration approaches between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support multi-country rollouts and ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance practices
• Produce and maintain architectural and technical documentation

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Customer Service Management
• Solid understanding of Solution Architecture, System Architecture, and Integration Architecture
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Knowledge of business process modelling and solution design best practices
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance principles
• Experience with architectural governance and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders and teams
