We are an SEO and digital marketing agency in Ireland. Our clients stay with us: zero client churn in the last eighteen months, organic traffic up 113% for one client, around 2,000 conversions a month for another. We are now growing the team behind those results, and the last person we hired through this exact process has become one of our best people.

How we work

Three things matter here, and they will matter to you every day in this role.

• The first is real results: we report numbers clients can verify, which is why they stay, and it is why your work will be judged on outcomes rather than hours or optics.
• The second is ownership: you run your accounts like they are your own business, and nobody asks you to route changes through a ticket queue.
• The third is straight talk: we tell clients the truth about what is working and what is not, and we expect the same honesty inside the team, including telling us when we are wrong.

What you will do

You will own client accounts end to end, from SEO strategy through execution. The day-to-day work covers technical audits, keyword research, on-page implementation, local SEO and Google Business Profile management. You will work in WordPress every day and implement changes yourself instead of handing them to a developer.

We also expect ideas: when you look at a client, we want to hear what you would try next. We are an automation-first agency, so you will work with AI daily, and you will learn more here in six months than in three years elsewhere.

What we require (we check every one of these)

• At least 5 years of hands-on SEO with results you can show us
• WordPress plus basic HTML and CSS
• Ahrefs or SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console and Screaming Frog
• A real local SEO and Google Business Profile track record
• Strong written and spoken English
• Hands-on vibe coding experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex

Bonus points

• Knowledge of backlinks and off-page SEO, including link building and digital PR, is the biggest bonus of all.
• Experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads, DNS and hosting setup, basic JavaScript or Python, an eye for design, or ecommerce SEO will also score higher in our process.

Pay and growth

We pay at the top of your local market, full‑time and long‑term, reviewed on results. We can pay at that level precisely because we only hire at that level. We do not publish a number because we pay for skill rather than titles: tell us your rate and show us the results that justify it.

There is a genuine manager track as the agency grows, and when we say results over hours we mean it, because nobody here watches your clock.
