Senior SAP Technical Consultant (SAP S/4HANA) – Porto

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical business requirements and translate them into SAP solution designs.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP S/4HANA custom developments, integrations, extensions, and performance optimizations.
• Deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.
• Develop and enhance modern SAP applications using ABAP technologies.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs and OData services.
• Develop and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Configure SAP catalogs, roles, and authorizations as required.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP technical consulting, development, and integration.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in modern SAP development, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and SAP APIs.
• Experience developing applications with SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Experience configuring SAP catalogs, roles, and authorizations.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SAP with external systems.
• Strong understanding and practical application of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, including functional consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical design skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
