Senior SAP SD / OTC Consultant (EDI Integration)

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD / OTC Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), logistics integration, and EDI technologies to join an international project supporting complex business and integration landscapes.

This role requires a highly experienced consultant capable of bridging the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, integration partners, and end clients while ensuring the successful delivery of SAP-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize SAP SD and OTC business processes.
• Gather and validate business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Validate, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI integrations and message exchanges.
• Work closely with logistics, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure process alignment.
• Support integration activities between SAP and external partner systems.
• Analyze data flows and identify issues across interfaces and integration layers.
• Coordinate with middleware, technical, and external integration teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the key liaison between business users, technical teams, and the client.
• Participate in testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Ensure documentation of functional specifications, business processes, and integration requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the SAP landscape.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a SAP SD Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with EDI integrations and electronic document exchanges.
• Hands‑on experience working with EDI processes.
• Experience working with different message standards and formats (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, cXML, VDA).
• Understanding of SAP integration concepts and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience working in complex international environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical areas.
• Strong client‑facing and coordination capabilities.
