Overview

As Senior Entertainment Manager, you will lead revenue growth within the Entertainment segment for St Pancras London by developing key entertainment accounts and coordinating with Marriott sales channels. You will drive profitability through proactive solicitation, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and above-property sales networks. The role focuses on production companies, studios, and talent agencies, shaping the hotel’s entertainment business and guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively solicit new business within the Entertainment Segment to reach revenue goals
  • Manage a portfolio of entertainment accounts including production companies and film studios
  • Meet room night, revenue, and account production targets
  • Conduct outside sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to secure business
  • Prepare and execute sales plans for assigned market segments
  • Utilize Marriott systems (CI/TY, MarRFP, Salesforce) to manage leads and track activity
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and mix
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to develop clients
  • Develop proactive solicitation strategies and regular account reviews to grow key accounts
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting in Marriott systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with Marketing for promotions targeting entertainment clients
  • Work with Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless client stays and events
  • Build strong relationships with entertainment clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Market Sales Offices and Global Sales Organization to maximize opportunities
  • Ensure clear client communication throughout sales and event lifecycle
  • Ensure delivery of client programs with Event Management and Operations teams
  • Conduct site visits and familiarization trips to showcase facilities
  • Gather client feedback to improve satisfaction and services
  • Support departmental revenue goals and participate in budgeting and planning
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and Marriott policies
  • Demonstrate Marriott service culture and customer service standards
  • Meet KPIs including revenue targets, production growth, and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to overall RevPAR and market share growth
