Job Description

Location: Chennai Work Mode: 5 days working (Work from Office) Experience: 2 to 5 years (1 year also considerable with strong conversion track record) Conduct daily cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospects and convert them into customers Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction Continuously follow up with prospects to drive conversions and long-term business growth
