Role Description We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations, and negotiating deals. The candidate will also maintain market intelligence by staying updated on current real estate trends and competitor activities while ensuring an exceptional client experience at all stages of the sales process.
Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and deal negotiation Strong client relationship management and customer service skills Knowledge of the real estate market and market analysis Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office software Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages is an advantage
