Our client is a very well-established SaaS provider specialising in workforce and resource planning solutions for professional services, Engineering firms, and global enterprises. Their AI-driven platform enables clients to optimise workforce allocation, manage capacity, and plan ahead with precision. This is a high-impact sales role focusing on winning new business across the UK, US and wider Europe, with opportunities to expand into other regions.

You’ll be targeting major enterprise clients, including engineering firms and regulated service providers, and selling enterprise-level solutions on multi-year terms. Key Responsibilities Drive net new business sales, building up their Manufacturing and Engineering domain. Manage the full sales cycle, using a consultative, solution-led approach Work with high-quality inbound leads while actively hunting new opportunities Requirements Proven track record in B2B enterprise solution sales Resource Management SaaS experience preferred Experience selling into the regulatory environment e.g. life sciences, financial services, insurance Strong hunter mindset with a proactive and driven approach AEJ Consulting is acting as an employment agency in regards to this position
