About the Role Senior Sales Enablement Manager (new role) — bridge between Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations to equip the sales team with tools, technology, and alignment needed to hit revenue targets. Reports to the VP of Sales. Starting salary: $100,000‑$120,000 CAD.

Responsibilities Design and deliver onboarding programs to reduce ramp‑up time for new hires. Partner with Education to create a knowledge base and training curricula covering product knowledge and sales methodology. Own and manage the end‑to‑end enablement tech stack (CRM such as HubSpot, sales engagement platforms, LMS tools, analytics dashboards).

Evaluate, implement, and optimize enablement technologies for account management, business development, distributor networks, and key account teams. Work with Data/Analytics teams to ensure data integrity, system integrations, and actionable reporting. Identify tooling gaps and build business cases for new technology investments.

Collaborate with Growth and Marketing on pricing strategies for key accounts and promotional calendars. Translate market feedback from sales into actionable insights for Product and Marketing. Cross‑functionally ensure strong ROI at tradeshows and events.

Define and track enablement KPIs. Report on program effectiveness and iterate based on data and sales feedback. Who You Are 5‑10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related B2B go‑to‑market role.

Hands‑on experience with LMS, e‑commerce, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify) and sales engagement tools. Extensive knowledge of HubSpot. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Data‑driven mindset with ability to measure and communicate program impact. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Nice to Haves Experience with B2B trade shows.
