Sales Development Representative , you will own outbound pipeline generation for the North American market. This role is built for someone who takes full ownership of their outreach strategy, consistently opens doors with senior decision-makers, and wants a clear path to an Account Executive role. You’ll join a 6-person SDR team that’s new and growing, reporting to the Demand Gen Leader alongside a couple of other senior SDRs.

What You’ll Do • Own the Outreach: Find and connect with potential clients using a strategic mix of phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video messages. • Drive Qualified Pipeline: Consistently secure 4 - 5 highly qualified meetings per month for Account Executives. Quality over volume. • Engage Decision-Makers: Reach out directly to CSOs, CEOs, COOs, and Strategy/HR leaders at mid-to-enterprise companies.

Act as a strategic advisor who uncovers where they struggle with goal-setting and execution. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to design highly personalized outreach for priority target accounts. • Elevate the Team: As a senior team member, test new messaging approaches, share winning strategies, and mentor newer reps. • Maintain CRM Discipline: Keep rigorous CRM hygiene so your pipeline is always accurate and your daily workflow stays efficient. What We’re Looking For • Outbound Experience: 2–5 years in B2B software sales in a dedicated outbound role where you hunted for your own leads. Not inbound, not hybrid — pure outbound. • Executive Presence: You’re completely comfortable picking up the phone and holding a real, unscripted business conversation with a CEO, VP, or Director. • Curiosity Over Pitch: You’re a great listener who cares more about understanding a prospect’s actual challenges than reading from a script. • AI & Tool Fluency: You know how to leverage AI and modern sales tools to research accounts faster and personalize outreach at scale without losing the human touch. • Ownership Mindset: You treat your territory like your own business.
