About the role This is a commercially driven, 360-degree role for an ambitious sales professional who knows the contact centre world. You will be responsible for winning new business, growing client relationships, and placing top-tier talent into contact centre and CX roles across the UK. You will sell Stellify's consulting and recruitment solutions into contact centre operations, customer experience teams, and senior leadership, owning the relationship from first conversation through to successful delivery.

What you will be doing Generating new business through outreach, networking, and referrals within the contact centre and CX sector Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close Sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates into contact centre and CX roles Building and maintaining a pipeline of client opportunities and candidate talent Understanding client challenges and identifying where Stellify can add measurable value Hitting and exceeding revenue targets and forecasting with confidence Representing Stellify at industry events and building a presence in the CX community What we are looking for Proven track record in sales, business development, or recruitment, ideally within contact centres, CX, or workforce solutions Strong commercial instinct with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals Experience in recruitment or talent advisory is a significant advantage Self‑motivated and target‑driven, with a consultative approach to sales Organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience is equally valued What we offer £40,000 basic + uncapped commission.
