As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and be part of our ongoing success. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your own desk driving and maintaining new business growth. You’ll be responsible for developing long-term client partnerships, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, and consistently achieving strong billing performance. This role is suited to an experienced consultant who is confident managing key accounts, generating revenue, and operating with a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities · Driving new business through strategic sales activity and market mapping · Managing and developing key client accounts · Delivering the full 360 recruitment cycle at a high standard · Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships · Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets · Negotiating terms, fees, and complex offers · Managing and developing candidate pipelines effectively · Acting as a trusted advisor within your specialist market · Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate What We’re Looking For · Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant · Strong billing history and consistent performance · Commercially driven with a strategic mindset Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Confident negotiator with strong influencing ability Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive, ambitious and self-motivated individual Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience) Excellent commission structure 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Annual leave on Birthday Transparent and supportive leadership High-performing, collaborative culture Exciting team/individual rewards & incentives Ongoing support, training and development Progression pathways
