Lean, high-performing team with strong growth ambitions Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and have direct project impact The Role Support the identification and assessment of new wind development sites Undertake GIS analysis across land, grid, environmental and planning constraints Contribute to early-stage project design and feasibility studies Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants Opportunity to progress into development roles as the business scales Requirements Experience using GIS tools (WindPro advantageous) Background in renewables, infrastructure, or environmental analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Package & Benefits £40,000 – £50,000 salary Profit share (c.1%) offering strong long-term earning potential Pension, private health & dental Clear progression and ability to shape the role over time
