Senior Quality Engineer Location: Elgin, IL Type: Direct Hire Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Full Benefits Overview We’re hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing, technology-driven manufacturer specializing in advanced electronic components used across a wide range of industries. What You’ll Be Doing Lead quality initiatives focused on improving product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for internal and customer-related issues Oversee and enhance testing processes, including design validation and reliability testing Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects Support engineering changes and ensure alignment with quality standards and specifications Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal quality systems What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering Strong background in root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective actions Experience with reliability testing methods (HALT, HASS, DVT, etc.) Familiarity with regulatory standards such as RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals Experience with data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar) Exposure to CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus Additional Information Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
