We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager with a focus on complex multi disciplinary projects to join our award-winning team in Eastern Canada. You will be tasked with leading projects with varying scope, size, and discipline, coordinating with clients and engineering teams, and supporting our growing operations across Canada and abroad. The Harbourside Group of Companies includes Harbourside Project Management, Harbourside Engineering Consultants, Harbourside Transportation Consultants, Harbourside Geotechnical Consultants, Harbourside Industrial Group, and W.S.

Langley Concrete & Materials Technology. As one of Atlantic Canada’s fastest growing engineering firms, we are a full-service heavy civil infrastructure consulting group with offices in Dartmouth, NS; Stratford, PEI; St. John’s, NL; and Stoney Creek, ON.

This position is likely to be filled in the Dartmouth office, but other arrangements could be explored for the right candidate. Senior Project Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build, manage and lead the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, or Institutional) Planning/Construction project management portfolio, developing, tracking, and contributing to the annual business plan and multi-year strategy for growth. Lead and participate in Business Development initiatives and operational growth for HPM.

Liaise with existing and develop future clients, Develop trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor for public and private sector partners across the region. Support proposals, estimates, and pursuit strategies that help secure impactful projects across North America Mentoring and coaching project teams including field staff and contributing to a dynamic, supportive team culture. Oversee quality assurance and technical excellence across deliverables.

Other duties as assigned and appropriate for this position. Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Proven experience leading and successfully delivering at least one ICI project valued at over $25 million.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline considered a significant asset. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Demonstrated ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.

Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and client meetings. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment following an onboarding and integration period. Perks & Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience.
