About the Role\n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to join our team delivering the Palmer Wind Farm project in South Australia.

\n

Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide technical leadership and project delivery expertise across electrical scopes of work, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

\n

Open to candidates:
\n VIC based - FIFO 10:4 roster, site allowance + LAFHA + flights + accom + car
\n SA based - DIDO daily or Mon-Fri, accom close to site + site allowance + LAFHA +car

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of electrical construction activities.
  • \n
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes.
  • \n
  • Review and oversee electrical design documentation, specifications and technical submissions.
  • \n
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and cost performance.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers and Site Engineers within the team.
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in a Senior Project Engineer role on large-scale infrastructure, energy, renewables, transmission, substations or industrial projects.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction methodologies and project delivery principles.
  • \n
  • Experience managing subcontractors, procurement and project controls.
  • \n
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • \n
  • A commitment to safety excellence and quality outcomes.
  • \n
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and work effectively within remote project teams.
  • \n
