Senior Project Architect

• Manage architectural design development from Concept through Design Development, Detailed Design, Construction, and Handover for Hospitality / HOTEL projects.
\n
• Coordinate and drive Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape, Structural, MEP, and other specialist consultants on quality, timelines, and coordination.
\n
• Review drawings, presentations, BOQs, and technical submissions; identify and resolve design gaps and coordination issues.
\n
• Conduct design coordination meetings, prepare MoMs, and maintain strong follow-up/closure tracking on all action items.
\n
• Ensure designs meet project brief, statutory requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines; escalate critical issues to the D&D Head.
\n
• Requires strong communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Office/Revit, and a proactive, assertive approach to consultant management.
