Senior Program Manager (Austin)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with senior executives, including C-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies Coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables Drive program governance, risk management, and issue resolution Communicate program updates, insights, and risks clearly to senior leadership, including C-level executives Ensure successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget Required Qualifications: Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs Strong communication and executive presentation skills with C-level interfacing experience Experience in the Financial Services industry Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes across multiple teams Preferred: Exposure to or experience with Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives or programs Based in Texas, with a preference for candidates located in Austin, TX
