Job Title Project Manager Location Franklin, TN (On‑site) About HaynesBesco Group HaynesBesco Group (HBG) is a privately owned company specializing in the design, sourcing, and manufacturing of social expression, gifting, drinkware, and packaging products. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, HBG partners with national, regional, and specialty retailers, corporations, e‑commerce companies, 3PL firms, and school fundraising organizations. Position Overview The Project Manager plays a central role in coordinating communication, workflow, and deliverables between internal teams and customers.
This position ensures that client needs are clearly communicated across the organization and met through precise execution, from concept initiation through final delivery of products. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Manage client projects from initial concepts through final delivery. · Own client forms, setups, data entry, and process documentation. · Maintain and manage UPC codes and item databases. · Maintain customer records, sample tracking, and product development documentation. · Serve as the primary internal point of contact ensuring customer needs, timelines, and expectations are met. · Interact on behalf of Sales with customer interactions and support all customer-facing communication as needed. · Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, Sourcing, and other internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely progression. · Participate in the production approval process prior to release to factories. · Maintain program summary sheets and ensure all relevant information is up to date. · Review and coordinate approval of pre‑production and production samples with clients. · Ensure service levels and quality standards are maintained for each client's program. · Facilitate communication and alignment across all departments involved in client projects.
Qualifications · Minimum 5 years of project management experience or equivalent role. · Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience. · Experience within social expression, gifting, stationery, home décor, textiles, or store-use products is strongly preferred. · Proven ability to take a product from concept to completion. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance creativity and cost. · Excellent organizational and leadership skills. · Strong written and verbal communication abilities. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities quickly. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
