Senior Program Management Analyst

Job Description Job Description One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support federal program operations through analytical and advisory services. The Senior Program Management Analyst will be responsible for evaluating program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. Senior Program Management Analyst Key Responsibilities: Collect, review, and analyze program data related to cost, schedule, and performance Identify program issues and develop recommendations for improvement Support program planning and performance tracking activities Prepare reports and present findings to government stakeholders Assist in developing analytical models and evaluating program effectiveness Coordinate with program teams to support mission objectives Senior Program Management Analyst Qualifications/Skills Required: Active TS/SCI clearance required Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis, financial analysis, or operations research Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs preferred Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field required About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
