Senior Program Management Analyst

Job Description Job Description One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support federal program operations through data analysis and performance evaluation. The Senior Program Management Analyst will be responsible for assessing program performance and providing recommendations that support mission success. Senior Program Management Analyst Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze program data to assess performance Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve program outcomes Support program tracking and reporting activities Prepare reports and communicate findings to government stakeholders Coordinate with internal teams to support program execution Senior Program Management Analyst Qualifications/Skills Required: Active Secret clearance required Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis, cost analysis, or operations research Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs preferred Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field required About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
