@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA program. This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Program Coordinator will provide support to the administrative and program management office. The responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating any program level support to the administrative and program management office.
- Developing memos, memoranda, presentations, and any briefing materials for leadership review and execution.
- Supporting initiatives that expand program capabilities and track network activities.
- Completing compliance reviews, performance evaluations, and any project-related deadline tracking.
- Spearheading regular project management facilitation related to Disaster Relief Supplemental Act (DRSA), Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) activities.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary data and information required for the program office.
- Planning to travel on an as-needed basis to the regional offices related to program management office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, environmental science, marine science, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination supporting activities such as project deadline tracking, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law support activities, and/or related activities.
- Prior experience in a NOAA program office and/or NOAA contract experience.
- Experience preparing leadership briefing materials, memoranda, and presentations.
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically.
