Senior Product Manager

Job DescriptionSenior Product Manager| Ireland | Hybrid | Permanent Hiring on behalf of a fast-growing client seeking a senior product leader to own strategic direction and execution across the full product portfolio. Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Own end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration Prioritise feature development based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality releases and inform technical architecture decisions Drive integration of AI/ML capabilities into the platform including LLMs for risk assessment and compliance monitoring Serve as primary product evangelist to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders Gather and synthesise customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and positioning Work with Customer Success to ensure successful product adoption and value delivery Establish and track key product metrics - adoption, engagement, retention, and NPS Contribute to strategic planning and company growth initiatives Requirements 5+ years' product management experience in B2B SaaS environments Proven track record launching and scaling software products Strong technical acumen - comfortable engaging with engineering on cloud-native, API-first, and microservices architectures Understanding of security, multi-tenancy, and enterprise SaaS best practices Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products strongly preferred Background in RegTech or enterprise software in regulated industries advantageous Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
