Location : Chennai (Hybrid model - 2 days a week to office) / Remote (For candidates outside Tamil Nādu)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Craft: Strategic design mindset paired with refined visual execution to address intricate challenges across complex software ecosystems.
• Interaction & Visual Design Expertise: Deep experience in interaction and visual design, with a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful systems of thinking and elegant execution.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Build user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma to map out product concepts and user journeys.
• User Research & Usability Support: Assist in conducting basic user research and usability testing; gather user feedback to help iterate on design concepts.
• Design System Assistance: Use and contribute to reusable component libraries, maintaining consistency across digital products.
• Developer Handoff & Collaboration: Prepare design assets, specs, and documentation for developers, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Inclusive Design: Apply basic accessibility guidelines (e.g., color contrast, readable typography) to build inclusive interfaces.

Requirements:

• Portfolio: Online portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process, user flows, and taking it to final mockups.
• Design Tools: Working knowledge of Figma, especially around using design systems and prototyping.
• UX Research experience: An ability to synthesize findings into insights, including understanding of mixed methods of qualitative UX research and customer journey mapping.
• Mindset & Communication: Strong willingness to learn, accept constructive feedback, and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Education: Degree or diploma in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or similar.
• Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B product design in a Product B2B SaaS Set up. Experience working with Cybersecurity products is a big plus.

Core AI Skill Requirements:

We expect every employee to actively integrate GenAI tools into daily workflows - automating routine tasks, accelerating research and analysis, drafting documents, and building reusable AI-powered processes for their function. You should understand the limitations of GenAI (including inaccuracies and data sensitivity boundaries), follow data classification rules, and continuously improve your AI proficiency.

As you grow, we expect you to move beyond using GenAI to building with it - designing agent workflows, contributing reusable skills, and helping Securin compound its Proactive Exposure Management expertise faster than any competitor can replicate.

• Demonstrated ability to use GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for daily work - drafting, research, summarization, data analysis, code generation, or workflow automation as relevant to the role.
• Working knowledge of GenAI limitations including hallucination risk, context window constraints, and data sensitivity boundaries; ability to validate AI-generated output before acting on it
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques - structuring multi-step instructions, providing context, and iterating on output quality to achieve production-grade results
• Comfort with agentic AI workflows - using, designing, or building multi-step AI agents that execute tasks autonomously with human-in-the-loop validation
• Awareness of AI security fundamentals - prompt injection risks, data classification rules, sandboxed execution, and responsible handling of sensitive data in AI workflows
• Familiarity with connecting GenAI tools to internal data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Ability to contribute reusable AI skills, templates, agent configurations, or automation workflows to a shared repository for team-wide use
• Willingness to learn and adopt new AI tools as they evolve; participation in AI adoption sprints, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing within the team
