Overview
As Senior Partnerships Account Manager at BRE, you will steward a portfolio of strategic partners and drive mutual value across the global network. You will collaborate with partners, internal teams and senior leaders to onboard, develop and expand partnerships while monitoring performance and compliance. The role blends account management, commercial judgement and stakeholder engagement to grow BREβs international influence.
Youβll engage at industry events and translate insights into strategic growth opportunities, contributing to a safer, more sustainable built environment.

- Manage and develop relationships with BRE's existing partners and key industry stakeholders
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of Partnership Account Managers
- Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and drive value from partnerships
- Collaborate with business development to identify and implement new partnership opportunities
- Analyze partnership performance, risks and opportunities for senior stakeholders
- Monitor partner compliance with contracts, standards and processes
- Assist in preparing and reviewing partnership agreements with internal legal teams
- Represent BRE at industry events, forums and meetings in the UK and internationally
- Respond to partner enquiries as a trusted point of contact
- Produce reports and performance analyses to support decision-making and growth
- Build internal alignment across the wider business
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in partnership/account management, business development or related field
- Proven experience managing customer, partner or stakeholder relationships in a commercial setting
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and business judgment
- Experience with contracts, commercial agreements and risk management
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and passion for developing successful partnerships
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and general IT confidence
- Experience or knowledge of the built environment, construction, sustainability or property sectors
