Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support system‑level net revenue reporting, reimbursement analytics, and monthly close activities. This senior individual contributor role requires deep healthcare net revenue expertise, strong analytical capability, and the ability to independently interpret complex financial data to support leadership with actionable insights. The position offers high visibility across Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Managed Care teams.

No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – must be able to report onsite with short notice) Responsibilities: Net Revenue & Reimbursement Analytics Serve as a lead analyst and subject‑matter expert for net revenue and reimbursement analytics. Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends, performance drivers, and rate variances. Produce managed care contract performance reports and reimbursement trending analyses.

Contribute to the development and refinement of net revenue reserve methodologies. Monthly Close & Financial Reporting Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and trend models. Support the monthly financial close process, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Develop schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external reporting, including auditors. Systems, Tools & Process Improvement Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements related to net revenue tools and reimbursement software. Engage with the Crowe RCA/Kodiak user community to share insights, troubleshoot issues, and adopt best practices.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Managed Care teams to support operational and strategic initiatives. Stay current on regulatory and reimbursement changes impacting commercial and government payors. Support departmental goals and maintain required competencies and continuing education.

Qualifications (Must‑Haves) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 7 years of healthcare net revenue experience. Kodiak (Crowe RCA) experience required and non‑negotiable .

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Experience working with systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA. Must reside in the Houston area or be able to report onsite quickly as needed.

Strong knowledge of revenue accounting principles and reimbursement structures for commercial and government payors. Preferred Skills: CPA or advanced degree preferred. Experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
