Our team owns the entire mobile experience for ClickUp. We are responsible for bringing all of ClickUps core experience natively on mobile and tablet devices. Some of the team scopes are Chat, Inbox, Reminder, Docs, Dashboard, Search, AI, Task View, Hierarchy, List View, Board View, and Calendar.

We are looking for passionate mobile engineers that have a keen sense of product experience that can help us grow and maintain our ClickUp mobile experience. The ideal candidate is excited about solving complex technical challenges at scale while delivering high-quality, performant, and reliable solutions whiling pushing the limits of Flutter. Our key technologies include Flutter, Riverpod, and native mobile development (iOS & Android).

Role: • Build features and systems with attention to detail and performance. • Own end-to-end development, from conception to production. • Engineer not only solutions but also tools to understand the problem. • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class product. • Identify and implement improvements to our existing systems. • Help establish a fun, fulfilling, world-class engineering culture.

Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent major. • 3 years of non-internship professional mobile software development experience with Flutter • 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience • Willingness to work with and use Flutter • Experience working across teams to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions • You have substantial experience (4 years) in mobile development, on Android & iOS platforms • Multiple years of experience in roles requiring collaboration design, QA and product • Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly is crucial • You thrive in remote work environments, demonstrating a proactive attitude and the ability to self-manage • You are known for being kind, empathetic, and a supportive presence in your team. • You bring enthusiasm and the hustle to shipping high-quality code • Timezone: Ideally EST or PST. If youre in the EU/UK, please ensure about 4 hours of overlap with American time zones. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiar with the Riverpod • Experience in early-stage product development, ideally having worked in both a startup • Android development experience • You have experience building and iterating on a product. • You’re a ClickUp user • Passionate about saving people time by making the world more productive!
