Senior Mining Geotechnical Engineer at Arcadis

Arcadis is looking for a Senior Mining Geotechnical Engineer to enhance our Canadian Mine Sector team. With 15–20 years of mining geotechnical engineering experience, you’ll lead complex projects and ensure compliance with standards. In this senior client-facing role, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive mine tailings and waste rock solutions.

You will prepare intricate technical reports, evaluate facilities, and oversee compliance with regulations while maintaining engineering integrity across projects. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute tailings and waste rock investigations • Prepare reports and work plans, ensuring project compliance • Provide oversight as Engineer of Record (EoR) • Lead geotechnical reviews and laboratory testing • Support client engagement and business development efforts Requirements: • MSc in civil or geotechnical engineering • 15–20 years of mining industry experience • Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada • Expertise in tailings and dam engineering • Strong communication and leadership skills Bring your extensive experience in geotechnical engineering to Arcadis and help shape sustainable mining practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
