About the Role
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate marketing professional to lead Cockburn ARC's marketing, communications and digital engagement portfolio.
Cockburn ARC is the City of Cockburn’s industry leading aquatic and recreation centre. You’ll discover a place that welcomes 1.4 million visitors annually, and every day is different.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will develop and deliver innovative campaigns, create engaging content across multiple channels, and use data‑driven insights to enhance customer experiences, grow our membership base and strengthen the Cockburn ARC brand. Be prepared for a role that will be varied and hands‑on, with an enthusiastic, fast‑paced team. On any one day you could be filming and editing social posts, creating a member newsletter, managing a web enhancement project or giving input into a strategy on how best to market a new program in the gym.
About you
This is an exciting role for a creative and strategic thinker who enjoys balancing hands‑on content creation with campaign planning, stakeholder engagement and team leadership in a dynamic community‑focused environment.
Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to edit and amend existing templates and apply a range of effects
- High level of proficiency in Premier Pro or similar software to produce high quality videos in a timely manner
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range from Level 6 Step 1 – Step 4 ($104,647.66 – $112,705.08 per annum) of the City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025, based on qualifications and experience.
