About the Company
A globally respected name in financial-markets intelligence, whose benchmarking programmes and competitive-intelligence data help major financial institutions understand their market position, spot opportunities and make better decisions.
About the Role
As the subscription side of the business grows, making sure customers get maximum value from their subscriptions has become central to engagement, retention and long-term commercial success β and that's where this role comes in.
Responsibilities
- Own the subscriber lifecycle strategy β define and continuously improve the end-to-end journey, develop onboarding programmes that help new subscribers realise value quickly, and set the frameworks for customer engagement across the business.
- Analyse engagement and behaviour β monitor activation, engagement and usage across products and audiences, interpret the data to find opportunities and underperformance, and build audience segmentation based on real customer behaviour.
- Develop and execute lifecycle programmes β design and deliver onboarding, nurture, engagement and re-engagement campaigns, build and optimise automated journeys in the CRM and marketing automation platform, and test and refine through ongoing experimentation.
- Partner and lead governance β work hand in hand with product, sales and marketing, chair regular engagement reviews, and keep stakeholders close to subscriber performance and priorities.
Qualifications
A strong track record in lifecycle, customer, CRM or engagement marketing, with clear results improving adoption, engagement or subscription growth.
Required Skills
- Experience with Subscription based product marketing, or SaaS product marketing.
- Hands-on experience designing lifecycle programmes, automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies.
- Confidence with CRM and marketing automation platforms β Salesforce / Pardot ideally.
- Sharp analytical skills, turning customer behaviour into insight and action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication β able to influence strategy and roll your sleeves up to deliver it.
- Commercially minded, data-led, self-directed, and comfortable building something from the ground up.
Preferred Skills
This is a rare chance to own customer lifecycle marketing end to end for a trusted, growing subscriptions business β to set the strategy, shape the tooling and see your programmes land with a genuinely engaged, high-value audience. If you want scope, autonomy and visible commercial impact, this is it.
