Reporting to theCategory Marketing Directoryou'llact as the embedded marketing leader withinVansdirect, translating businessobjectivesinto high-impact marketing activity that drives enquiries,conversionsand orders.

What You'll Do

As Senior Marketing Lead,you'llown the end-to-end marketing delivery forVansdirect, ensuring every marketing initiative contributes to business growth and commercial success.

• Own and deliver theVansdirectmarketing plan to drive enquiries,ordersand ROI.
• Lead activity across PPC, paid media, SEO, CRM, website, content, social media,partnershipsand events.
• Optimise the customer journey from first enquiry through to order.
• Use data and insight toidentifyopportunities and improve performance.
• Work closely with Sales, Digital and Central Marketing teams to maximise results.
• Testnew ideas,channelsand partnerships to accelerate growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior marketing, growthmarketingor strategic marketing role.
• Strongtrack recordof delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Data-driven with excellent commercial awareness.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Desirable

• Experience within automotive, leasing,fleetor broker environments.
• Exposure to partnerships,sponsorshipsand event-led marketing.
